    I was diagnosed with fibro in 2013. I’m aware that it can also be linked to a couple other diagnosis of issues that I have, but am learning more and more about it daily.

    I do not know much, except several of my aunts have it. And I hurt all the time. Just went GF, and sugar free, seems to be helping with the joint pain.

      Yes, sugar and gluten free will drastically decrease the pain. I also went dairy free because of IBS, and that helped with pain, too. Thank you for commenting!
