May is Fibromyalgia Awareness month, and May 12th is Fibromyalgia Awareness Day. This is the time of the year that people, all around the globe, raise awareness for fibromyalgia and chronic pain through fundraising events, personal stories, online campaigns, and other ways. The funds raised during this time help to further research of the illness in order to one day find a cure. Educating others about this invisible illness is vital to reaching awareness, understanding, and, eventually, a cure.
During each Friday of May, I will be giving away one prize to one winner. The giveaway runs from 8 am – 11:59 pm EST. The winner will be announced the next day, Saturday, and will be contacted via email.
