Today is Fibromyalgia Awareness Day! Today is the day to don your purple gear and bring as much awareness to this invisible illness as we possibly can! I am asking all my readers, followers, family, and friends to show your Fibro Face for Fibromyalgia Awareness Day

What is fibromyalgia?

Show your #FibroFace in support of Fibromyalgia Awareness Day! #fibromyalgia #fibromyalgiaawareness #fm #fibro

It is important to put a face on fibromyalgia and give it awareness! Even though it is an invisible illness does not mean it’s symptoms are invisible, too. The symptoms are very real and very painful. It cannot be seen by others, but it is felt everyday by those suffering from it. Bringing awareness to this chronic illness means more support, more funding, more research resulting in a future cure for this often times debilitating illness.

  1. I wrote about Fibromyalgia Awareness on my blog today! I didn’t wear purple because I didn’t leave the house (yippee!), but I did change my Facebook profile pic. Thanks so much for helping to fight the fibro battle. God bless you!
