Just about any breakfast option you find can be made into a fibro-friendly meal. Many times it doesn’t have to include the traditional eggs and milk either. It’s finding what the good substitutes are that’s the trick. Here are some recipes I have made and tested so far, and if you have any you’d like to add to the list, please submit them to me.
