One of the perks I love about Fibro Friday is the information I learn from other fibro bloggers. Knowing more about fibromyalgia allows me to feel better prepared in treating it. I whole-heartedly believe in ‘knowledge is power’. Kim from Grace is Sufficient wrote an article about fibromyalgia research that is informative and empowering.

Kim’s article Advancement in Fibromyalgia Research is one of those articles that I am grateful to come across in my reading. The article is packed with the perfect balance of information. Not too much to make you feel overwhelmed, but not too little to make you feel as though you’re missing information.

It is also an effective resource to forward to your friends and family of your support system to give them a better understanding of your chronic illness.
